There are no surprises when I arrive.
Yes — in 98% of cases I carry out non-destructive entries. I use advanced techniques and specialised tools (some of my own design) to open your door without damaging the woodwork, the lock or the cylinder. If it's an exceptional situation that calls for drilling or forcing, I'll tell you before I do anything.
I work to a fixed, transparent price:
- Working hours (Tarragona city): 69€ + VAT.
- Evenings (20:00 to 00:00): 99€ + VAT.
- Small hours (00:00 to 08:00): 139€ + VAT.
Surcharges: weekends and public holidays (+29€) and call-outs beyond Tarragona city (from +19€ to +59€ depending on distance). You'll always know the final cost before I start.
